Our Imperial Dragon fruit IPA is a hazy and strong IPA. We use an amped-up version of our New England base of wheat and oat malt to create a soft IPA. We use Huell melon hops in the brewhouse and then double dry hop with Lotus and a blend of two experimental New Zealand hops. After all that, we then condition this beer on Dragon fruit puree.
